A few simple steps to turn your vanity case into one with top handle!

1. Put both ends of the twilly from inside though one of the grommets

2. Braid two-third of the twilly to create a handle 

3. Put the remaining part of twilly through the other grommet to the under-flap

4. Tie a knot to fix your braided handle

***You can even adjust your strap with the use of the twilly handle! (As the grommet rings got smaller stuffed with the twilly, you can actually shorten the strap by leaving the length of strap you want inside.)
