COCO APPROVED aims to dispatch your items within the same or next working day of your order, but in unusual circumstances or busy periods, your order will be dispatched the day after. In an unusual circumstances where we fail to dispatch your item within the stated time frame, COCO APPROVED will not accept any liability for it.
We offer free worldwide deliveries. Delivery timeframe is different depending where you are located around the world. Usually it will be within 3-6 working days for Europe and North America region, and 2-5 working days for Asia region. A tracking number will be provided upon delivery of you item. We reserve the right to withdraw Channel Islands and some International Deliveries at any time. COCO APPROVED will not be liable for any local customs import duty, the recipient is responsible for paying the duty. However, prior to purchase, we are willing to give advise on customs. If delivery shows no update within the timeframe, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible to receive an update. In an unusual event where parcel is not delivered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and allow 40 days for delivery company to investigate.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Although all item posted are described as detailed as possible by our team at COCO APPROVED, but if there are any doubts or question regarding the item you want to purchase, buyers are responsible to email for enquiries.
All sales are final and are strictly non-refundable. Returns will only be permitted when an item is proven to be incorrectly described. Items are only considered incorrectly listed within the bounds of good sense (for instance, if the presence of one scratch is mentioned in the description and there turns out to be a minor second scratch, return will not be permitted). In most cases, cost of return postage will be coved by buyer. After 5 days from shipping date, the item is no longer refundable. In the case of where item has been agreed to be returned, item must be returned unworn, unused, and not damaged in any way. If it is suspected that a buyer has used or worn an item, then the refund may be refused and the item returned to the buyer. All returned item must be packed in exact condition as they were sent to buyer and item should be delivered with first class delivery or the equivalent in your country and be fully insured and return to original destination or else return will not be accepted. Prove of postage should be provided upon delivery.
